Welcome. This blog will be my space online where I can record my experiences and my growth during my first few years as a faculty member at Brandon University.
Since 1986, my long term goal has been to get a Ph.D. For the last four years, I have allowed that goal to take exclusive priority over everything else in my life. It's crazy how you can get SO out of practice at something that seems to be so natural, like goal setting. But truly, I feel pretty rusty. It's a bit scary but I'm ready. I just have to figure out which direction is forward!!

ReplyDeleteHi Jackie, I find it hard to believe that you think you are rusty at goal setting when you have achieved you PhD that you set out to do. Good for you. Wishing you all the best as you work out the Brandon University. I am sure as I am just beginning my Masters I will encounter you as my professor in other courses as well. Looking forward to it.
